The Full Story

Justin Parlette has been performing improv in Chicago and nationally since 2015. A graduate of The Second City Conservatory, The Annoyance Training Center, and iO — which is either an impressive résumé or a cry for help, depending on who you ask. He lives in Chicago with his cat Kate.

Performance

Justin currently performs with Birdlady at iO, Doogin and Justin (America's least-hated 3-person twoprov team), and the puppet ensemble Fleeced. He also performs original characters and stand-up all over the country.

Coaching & Teaching

Justin coaches multiple indie teams and has led workshops at The Second City and at festivals across the country. He also co-created The Seventy with Seth K. Thomas — a manual and class on character creation for improvisers, which he and Seth teach together and separately.

Production

He runs Happy Underground Productions, a boutique record label and production company for comedians and independent artists.
